Protection of your data is a very serious matter for us. We strictly
adhere to the rules of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and
the EU Data Protection Ordinance.
In the following we inform you in detail about the kind, the extent and
the purpose of data collection and the use of your personal data as well
as about the processing of your data in states beyond the scope of the
above mentioned Directives.
1. Collection and use of personal data
Visiting our Internet Site
You can visit our site without having to release any personal data. We
only store access data without any personal details, like the name of
your internet service provider, the site from which you have access to
us or the name of the demanded file. The data is only evaluated to improve
our service and does not allow any conclusion to your person.
Contact by means of the contact form
Personal data (like company, name, address, telephone number, telefax
number and e-mail address) are used only in connection with your contact
request and will not be passed to third parties.
After having processed your request your data are blocked for further
use and deleted after the expiry of the regulations for fiscal and commercial
storage periods.
Applicant Database
The data of your job application is stored only for the duration of the
application process and is used only to determine your qualification for
the intended job or to make a decision regarding employment. Once the
application process is concluded, and it is certain that there will be
no employment with us, these data will be cancelled at the latest six
months afterwards, unless you agree to a further storing of the data.
If you applied by means of unsolicited application, we will cancel your
data as soon as we can evaluate that no employment will be possible, at
the latest however after six months. By means of the standard contact
form through the CHT Group, you have the possibility of withdrawing your
unsolicited application or you can give us the permission to prolong storage
of your data. You can withdrawal your unsolicited application at any time
by sending a mail to [datenschutz@domain.de].
2. Analysis services
Server-log files
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information
in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits
to us. These are:
Browser type and Browser version
Used operating system
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. The basis
for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing
of data to fulfill a contract or precontractual measures.
3. Use of cookies
We do not use cookies.
4. Information, correction, blocking and deletion
According to Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, German Federal Data Protection
Act) you have the right to get gratuitous information on your saved data
as well as - when appropriate -the right of correction, blocking or deletion
of these data.

We protect our website and other systems against loss, damage, access,

We did not include Facebook or Google+Plugins on our website.
8. Plugin and Tools
Privacy Policy for Google reCAPTCHA
To ensure sufficient data safety when submitting forms, we use the service
reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. This is primarily used to distinguish
whether the input is made by a natural person or abusive by machine and
automated processing. The service includes the sending of the IP address
and any other data required by Google for the service reCAPTCHA to Google.
The deviating data protection regulations of Google Inc. apply to this.
The use of reCAPTCHA takes place against the misuse of our online offers.
This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para.
1 lit f DSGVO.

9. Opposition to advertising mails
The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation,
within the privacy policy or the contact page for the transmission of

The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action
in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for
example through spam e-mails.
